Privacy Policy
Digital Double Technologies ("DDT", "we", "us") provides consent infrastructure for creators and the people who use their work. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, phone number, and name you provide when registering or accepting an invitation.
- Uploaded content metadata: filenames, file sizes, file types, timestamps, and the consent terms you attach to assets you upload. We do not analyze or extract biometric features from uploaded content.
- Consent records: the Consent Receipt Objects (CROs) you create, the permissions you grant or revoke, and the audit trail of access events tied to them.
- Access logs: when someone views a share link or queries a permission, we record who accessed it, when, and from what context, so you can audit it.
How we use it
- To verify consent when a third party queries an asset's permission state.
- To notify you (by email or SMS) when your consent records are accessed, queried, or invited to collaborate on a project.
- To maintain an audit trail you and your collaborators can inspect at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. We do not disclose access logs to anyone other than the creator (and accepted collaborators) who owns the underlying consent record.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing jhofstad@ddt-pro.com from the address on file. We will permanently remove your account, uploaded assets, and consent records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in encrypted infrastructure. Access tokens and session credentials are scoped, time-limited, and revocable.
California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Digital Double Technologies does not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights under the California Privacy Rights Act, email jhofstad@ddt-pro.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."
